Moh didn't start in coaching. It started under the bar - grinding through 5 a.m. sessions, dialing in nutrition to the gram, and standing on a bodybuilding stage where there's nowhere to hide.

Competitive bodybuilding strips everything down to fundamentals: set a target, build a plan, measure relentlessly, adjust based on data, and execute with zero excuses. Every macro tracked. Every rep logged. Every weekly check-in an honest audit of progress versus plan.
